The products are nice, but I had a disappointing experience with this company. The bag I ordered was advertised as including a magnetic pouch, but what they don’t tell you is that the magnetic pouch only comes with the Black version. I ordered the Cream bag, which came with snap buttons instead.

When I contacted the company about the issue, they admitted that the product was falsely advertised on their website, yet they still charged me a $10 handling fee to return it.

I don’t appreciate this kind of shady business practice and, unfortunately, wouldn’t purchase from this company again. I’d also caution others to double-check product details before ordering
