What types of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Online orders can also be placed via ShopPay, GooglePay, AmazonPay and AfterPay services. You can also earn credits with your orders via Catch.
Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied per order.
Can I use a discount code on a gift set order?
Our gift sets are already offered at a discounted rate so you are not able to add a discount code to your order. If you add a discount code it will override the gift set pricing and apply the discount code instead.
How can I make changes to my Modern Picnic order?
Please email us with your request within an hour of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate it! Please note, once an order has been fulfilled we cannot make any changes.
What if I receive a damaged item?

Can I add gift wrapping to my order?
Lucky for you all of our MP orders come in custom gift packaging, with no extra charge.

SHIPPING + RETURNS
Why does my tracking number still say “label created”?
Shipping carriers are handling a continually increased volume of packages which has resulted in delays in packages being scanned into their system. Don’t worry though - it is still en route to you! We greatly appreciate your patience. If you are waiting longer than 10 days to see any movement with tracking please reach out to [email protected] so we can help intervene!
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over $200 to the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you ship internationally?
At this moment, we ship within the US, Canada and Mexico. For all other locations please head to wolfandbadger.com and shop your favorite Modern Picnic items. We hope to add more locations for international shipping soon - please sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know. Please note at this time we are unable to accept returns on international orders placed on modernpicnic.com.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping to P.O. boxes.
When will my order ship?
For free ground shipping, orders will ship within 5-8 business days following the purchase date. We do offer expedited shipping for an additional charge.
What if I want to exchange my product for a different color/style?
If you would like to exchange any Modern Picnic item for another color or shop for something difference you can do so here.
What is your return policy?
If you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund minus a restocking fee within 30 days of your order's arrival. Please refer to our full return policy here.
Do you offer free return shipping?
At this time, we are unable to cover return shipping costs - all shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any additional shipping costs will not be included in your refund.
How do I make a return?
It’s easy! Head to our return center to start your return.
How will my refund be made?
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to authorize. If you haven’t received a refund in this timeframe, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as it may take time to process your refund.
How can I clean my bag?
We recommend cleaning the inside + outside with warm water + soap. Avoid any harsh solvents like alcohol, acetone, and oil.
Can I put an ice pack in my bag?
Yes! The insulated interior will also help keep your food cool.
How do I wash my container?
Our containers are dishwasher safe! Please remove the silicone band before putting your container in the dishwasher.
Can I personalize my MP product?
Absolutely! We offer gold-stamped monogramming on all of our products. You can stamp up to 3 letters / icons on your MP!
Can I add a monogram after I have already received my order?
Sadly, once an order has been received we cannot add a monogram.
Can I return or exchange a personalized order?
Because all monogrammed orders are ‘made to order’, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
How are your monogram items made?
All monogram orders are stamped with gold foil.
How long will it take to get my custom item?
Monogrammed orders are custom stamped by hand and take up to 2 weeks to complete.
Can I add a pet portrait to my MP?
Yes! A select number of products seen here, are able to be customized with your pet.
Can I have both of my pets painted on one bag?
Yes! We are now offering the option for 2 pets per bag for an additional fee. Please email mo[email protected] to inquire and have your photo approved.
