- We offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders. Orders will arrive 5-8 business days following the fulfillment date.

- If you opt for express shipping, your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout + orders will arrive 1-2 business days following the fulfillment date.


- We want you to love your luncher, but we understand that things may change. If you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of your order's arrival.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging.

- All custom pieces, are non-refundable.

- A $10 return/restocking fee will be applied to all returns which will be deduced from your refund.

- Please visit our returns center to start your return + print your return label.


- Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to authorize. If you haven’t received a refund in this timeframe, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as it may take time to process your refund.


- If you would like to exchange any Modern Picnic item for another color, please e-mail with your order number in the subject line stating your request. You will then be given instructions on how to proceed.

- At this time, we are unable to cover return shipping costs - all shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any additional shipping costs will not be included in your refund. Exchange delivery timing may vary on your shipping location and availability.


- International orders made outside of the United States may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees. The shipment recipient is responsible for all import fees.

- Please note that Modern Picnic does not have control over custom charges. These charges carry from country to country. Please direct all questions to your local customs office.
