SHIPPING

Please allow 1 business day for order processing. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed after 2pm EST Friday, will be processed the following Monday.

​​Delivery times are estimates but you can expect the following:
Free shipping - orders to arrive 5-7 business days after order processing
Express - orders to arrive 3 business days after order processing
Overnight - orders to arrive 1 business day after order processing

Order cutoff time is 2pm EST. All orders placed after 2pm will not be processed until the following business day. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday therefore all orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Monogram orders have a 3 week lead time for custom production. After this 3 week period, your order will be processed for shipping. You will receive a tracking update and your order will arrive within 5-7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders. Orders will arrive 5-8 business days following the fulfillment date.

Do you offer express shipping?

If you opt for express shipping, your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout + orders will arrive 1-2 business days following the fulfillment date.

RETURNS

Orders placed between November 21st and December 24th can be returned or exchanged through January 17th or 30 days after purchase, whichever is later. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. Please reach out to contact@modernpicnic.com with any questions. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your luncher, but we understand that things may change. If you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of your order's arrival.

How do I qualify for returns?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging.

Can I return or exchange a personalized order?

All custom pieces, are non-refundable.

Do you have restocking fee?

A $10 return/restocking fee will be applied to all returns which will be deduced from your refund.

How do I make a return?

Please visit our returns center to start your return + print your return label.

REFUNDS

How will my refund be made?

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to authorize. If you haven’t received a refund in this timeframe, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as it may take time to process your refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

If you would like to exchange any Modern Picnic item for another color, please e-mail contact@modernpicnic.com with your order number in the subject line stating your request. You will then be given instructions on how to proceed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

What are the fees for international orders?

International orders made outside of the United States may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees. The shipment recipient is responsible for all import fees.

How much are the customs' charges

Please note that Modern Picnic does not have control over custom charges. These charges carry from country to country. Please direct all questions to your local customs office.
