Please allow at least 1 business day for order processing. Processing time for orders placed after 2pm EST will start the following day. For orders placed after 2pm EST Friday, the processing time will start the following Monday. Processing times may be extended during sales periods when we are experiencing a larger volume of orders.
Delivery times are estimates but you can expect the following:
Ground - Orders to arrive 6-8 business days after order processing
Expedited - orders to arrive 3 business days after order processing
Order cutoff time is 2pm EST. All orders placed after 2pm will not be processed until the following business day. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday therefore all orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Monogram orders have a 2 week lead time for custom production. After this 2 week period, your order will be processed for shipping. You will receive a tracking update and your order will arrive within 5-7 business days.
We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States over $300. Orders will arrive 5-8 business days following the fulfillment date.
We want you to love your product, but we understand that things may change. If you wish to return your purchase, it must be unused and in original packaging. We are happy to offer a refund minus a restocking fee within 30 days of your order's arrival.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging.
All custom pieces, are non-refundable.
A $10 return/restocking fee will be applied to all returns which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to authorize. If you haven’t received a refund in this timeframe, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as it may take time to process your refund.

International orders made outside of the United States may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees. The shipment recipient is responsible for all import fees.
