- If you receive an email from our artist that states your submitted photo does not meet the required guidelines you must submit a new photo within 48 hours or your order will be cancelled.
- Please upload a full body image of your pet without any obstructions (no clothes, not being held, whole body must be visible)
- Size and placement of the pet portrait on bag will match example shown. Only one pet per bag
- Our artist will reach out via email and let you know that your submitted photo was approved. Please allow for a 3 week turnaround time from photo approval to your order being fulfilled and sent.

Which product is best for you?
We recommend cleaning the inside + outside with warm water + soap. Avoid any harsh solvents like alcohol, acetone, and oil.
