Does anyone else save every recipe they see on TikTok and never end up making any of them? Well this time I actually made them, and let's just say they're worth the hype. We are all about making your own food here, so I thought I'd go through some of my favorite TikTok recipes / trends that are definitely worth meal prepping this month... Rachael Kirkconnell Salad This salad may seem really simple but WOW, it's amazing. I usually have it as a snack or a side dish with any of my meals. Here's what you need: Baby Cucumbers - I love the cocktail (extra small) ones from trader joes Mini Sweet Peppers Ginger Dressing - I have always been obsessed with the Trader Joes one, but they either discontinued it or it is sold out, so I have been loving the Makoto Ginger Dressing (they sell it at most supermarkets) Everything but the Bagel Seasoning (Trader Joes, obviously) Chili Crunch Oil - OBSESSED with the Trader Joes one, I put it on everything All you have to do is chop the cucumbers + mini peppers really small, and then mix them in with ginger dressing, chili crunch, and everything but the bagel seasoning... it is pure perfection. I'm not going to lie, I've made this salad probably 10 times this month. Cottage Cheese If you told me a year ago cottage cheese would be trending, I definitely wouldn't believe you. I know, it looks gross, and I really didn't want to fall into the TikTok trap, but it is definitely worth the hype. It is such an amazing way to add protein to any snack or meal, and it is packed with other beneficial nutrients. Here are two of my favorite ways to eat it - as seen on TikTok Avocado Toast Fluffy Eggs Many more of these to come... my saves on TikTok are all different recipes. If you haven't been meal prepping, it's probably time to start... and what better way to start than with a chic lunchbox that will make you excited about packing lunch? lunch-box-purse
