I fell in love with this bag! I always pack a lot so I did choose the large one and I love the utensil holder and small insert for ice pack or a chocolate bar. It is very stylish and my bf though it was a handbag😹

I’m actually not impressed by the back you sent. How can you even sell that bag when the handle is ripped and the inside material is coming out. I could understand a scratch but this is unacceptable and the fact you can’t even return. You should show each bag with the defect and then have people purchase. I will not be buying from here again. Also you should notify people there will be a customs charge, I had to pay $47 just for that and I get a ripped bag. Rather would have paid full price.
